Excellent customer service and even though the dress I ordered was out of stock they kept me informed about when it would be delivered. My wife loves it

Another Friday, another email from Johnnie Boden, another delay. This company needs to get its act together. It just can't supply the goods they are offering and are totally out of their depth.

Great customer service whenever I’ve had to contact them. Clothes are of good quality, quick delivery and quick to process returns. I’ll carry on shopping with Boden going forward.

ordered and received in good time 2 shirts from Boden one of them supposed to be 10P was at least 3 sizes too big really comical fit, the shoulder hem down my arm and the sleeve covering half my hand!The other 10P was nice ok across the chest but the armholes badly cut and pulling, needless to say they are going back and upon receiving a lip service response email I have cancelled the rest of my order and will not be shopping with them again...

I bought the bronte ottoman dress. So flattering because of the seams down the front and slanted pockets that give it shape. So comfortable to dress up or down. Beautifully made with lined body & pockets. I love this dress & it makes me feel classically classy when I wear it xx

Severely delayed items & poor, generic customer service.I’ve cancelled my order as it’s been delayed twice already, yet you can still buy the item online. Very very poor. Their only solution was to offer me credit, sorry Boden, but I’ve lost complete faith you.

I prefer online shopping. I usually buy a few items on your site and get them. I leave the best ones. Fast shipping and reasonable price!

Living in Ireland and bought vouchers for friends for Christmas. They will deliver to Ireland but you cannot use vouchers on EU site and you cannot get it delivered through to Ireland through UK site (where you can use voucher). Over 500 euro worth of vouchers that cannot be used. Very disappointing.

Brought e-gift card for my mums birthday, they give you a nice big box to write a message in but when e-gift card was sent the whole message was cut out and only the top half of the text on the top line of the message was visible.Why offer a text box to write a personal message when you cut 95% of it out.My mum likes the shop and online store, its a shame their e-gift card are so rubbish on presentation.Disappointed.

I got a very awesome sneakers from them of which I bought for my girl friend, she loved it a lot and I have been buying from them ever since.
